You can still get the Smart Recovery Handbook for Kindle on Amazon for about $8. I ordered it and did a lot or reading on my own.

In addition to online documents there are forums, live chat, and online meetings at the website.
How far away is your nearest face-to-face SMART meeting? I prefer meeting with people and found it has much more impact than reading alone on my computer.
