Great product!
Hi Testy,
You will find a lot of good titles at local libraries. SMART has a suggested literature list: https://www.smartrecovery.org/suggested-reading-list/ plus you can get the SMART Handbook for free if you are a KindleUnlimited customer: https://www.amazon.com/SMART-Recovery-Handbook-none-ebook/dp/B00LTDKS2W/ref=sr_1_1?crid=Y0EK7ZGKN4VB&keywords=smart+recovery+handbook+3rd+edition&qid=1573134203&s=books&sprefix=smart+recovery%2Caps%2C195&sr=1-1
Most of the worksheets are available for free from smartrecovery.org.
In addition to online documents there are forums, live chat, and online meetings at the website.
How far away is your nearest face-to-face SMART meeting? I prefer meeting with people and found it has much more impact than reading alone on my computer.
Good luck with your recovery and your job search.
this is the friends-and-family book generally recommended by most of the SMART literature I've come across:
Get Your Loved One Sober: Alternatives to Nagging, Pleading, and Threatening
Yes, one of the members at my meeting recommended this book and several people have already said its a really good insight into their lives and addiction:

I started dealing with my depression about 4-5 months after I got sober. I got antidepressants and some sessions with a crisis psychologist (it was really interesting to have a professional walk me through some ABCs). I adapted the SMART Recovery tools to help with my depression. Like any change and growth it's hard work, but after a year and a half I'm managing my depression so much better.
Talk to your doctor about adjusting or changing your anti-depressants. Get some counseling if you can. Burns' "Feeling Good" is a classic on CBT and depression, and I found it very useful.
