I read the other article on quercetin yesterday and decided to cap up some powder I had. I made 30 caps and threw away about 15 grams. Shit is the biggest mess I've ever handled and I am still cleaning my scales and pill presser.
Today I went and managed to find a capped version at a local health food store that doesn't have bromelain or vit C or whatever. Just a few binders. Also on AMZ. I will gladly pay extra for somebody else to cap them for me now.
