My understanding is that "Create Your Life" is a CD audiobook, perhaps more like a NVC training program by Marshall. Whereas A Language of Life is the "NVC Bible" if you will, laying out the full NVC model.
Also, if you're wondering where to start, I found Speak Peace in a World of Conflict an incredible introduction. It's shorter and much more story based, with much less of the academic feel which I get from Language of Life. Highly recommended.
