The best way to deal with heat in my experience is to get it out of your house. To that end, I bought a 6" inline blower fan and some insulated 6" duct tubing. I placed the blower fan next to my PC, and it immediately sucks the hot air out of the case and shoves it out of my house.
I hooked up the tubing to an extra outlet vent I had in the house (which was an old furnace vent no longer in use). But you could also hook it up to your dryer vent or you could cut a new hole in your exterior walls, if you're serious about this business. Or you could just run it out your window?
