have you considered taking a complex B vitamin? i've been through the gauntlet of meds, and have never taken welbutrin, but have many more that promised more energy including effexor, and they didn't work as well as the vitamins did. If you're prone to migranes you might want to avoid upping your caffeine intake since coffee and chocolate can trigger headaches, but an organic B vitamin stimulates your dopamine receptors in a more natural way.
