Just ordered mine.
It seems it's "physical copy only". I'm assuming that the key that comes with the disk will work in Windows 10, or at least I can get Microsoft support to swap it for one that does.
Edit: /u/Undead_Nichole found out that the Physical version can't be used with XBox Anywhere, and thus will not work with Windows 10:

So it does seem the only option for PC-only players right now who want the Ultimate edition is the Microsoft store.
That seems to contradict what their game info says.

If this is the case then I do need to go back and cancel it, guess we'll wait and see what others have to chime in. They sure do make this more complicated than it should be.
