I was apparently having issues with grinding my teeth at night a couple years back - Cirka tried to get me to buy a $400 mouth guard to wear at night. You can legit buy them for $15 on Amazon.
Fuck that guy.
Grinding is pretty common.
Once you get a machine and are breathing well, I like this quite a bit.
It's soft, so you don't hurt your teeth or jaw, but substantial enough that you won't bite through.
