A lot of people suggest the Mabis. I use one similar to this one. I actually can't find mine on amazon any more, but it's nearly identical. I like the recall so I can just go right back to sleep after taking my temp, then log it later.

I use this one. I've had no issues with it whatsoever. It's the first time I've ever used a BBT thermometer so I have nothing to compare it to but I've been able to pinpoint ovulation very well with it so far.
