Not sure if soy or dairy, but I use the Premier Protein from Costco. They're protein shakes but only 2 pts for a whole one so you can dump in half a protein shake and it makes your coffee much sweeter, provides some protein, and is very low points.

Alternatively, my wife just bought these: SweetLeaf Sweet Drops Liquid Stevia Variety 5 Pack 1.7 fl. oz each https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01IF9UBW4/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_hmKFybNQ2YBCS

Coming from Amazon today so I can't vouch yet but I believe they're 0 pts.

You eventually stop noticing the aspartame, and honestly, that's the only way.

How are you with Stevia? There are some expensive (but potent) Stevia water enhancers on the market. I use them to bake keto goodies.

I've been using these stevia flavours:

  1. Throw it all away. You can't eat it if you don't have easy access to it.
  2. Research the horrors of what sugar does to your body. Sugar is responsible for obesity, heart disease, and contributes to a lot of mood disorders including depression and anxiety. Sugar is inflammatory and causes pain. Sugar feeds cancer. Sugar contains absolutely nothing that is beneficial to your body, only harmful. You'll never want to eat sugar again.
  3. Tough it out. Sugar is more addicting that some illicit substances. Like anything else, you have to detox off of it and it sucks. After the first few days, you'll be shocked to find that your sugar cravings will be few and far between. You've just gotta stick to it. Once you stop eating sugar, having it again will make you feel like absolute garbage too.
  4. Find low-glycemic, keto friendly sugar substitutes (ie. stevia or erythritol). DO NOT switch to diet sodas or "sugar free" candies. The artificial sweeteners they use in these products are no better for you than sugar, have the same (or worse) affect on your body, and will still keep you from being in ketosis. I've found naturally flavored drink additives to add to water/coffee when I get a sugar craving that I cant ignore. Here's a couple of products that I love. However, I use these sparingly and only when I'm feeling desperate.
