Just a follow up on my other comment. Here's the best CFL bang for your buck I could come up with some quick amazon/ebay searching.

$20: 6 Pack 23W 2700K CFL's
$10: 1-to-7 bulb splitter
$5: Light bulb cord, capable of running up to 150W
Total: $35 + Tax(?) For 138 watts of light, not bad!

A good route would probably be buy two of everything above, except for the 6 pack of 2700K's but instead get a 6 pack of another color on the spectrum. IIRC 2700K is good for flower and 5000K is good for veg.

If you’re trying to stay within a small budget, I totally get that. Here are the lights i started with. For this grow, I wasn’t able to get a new light until this week(waiting for it to come in Wednesday!) but I used 3 of these lights and this is my plant at about 30 days in.
