Not sure if this applies to you, but about a year and a half ago, out of nowhere, I started experiencing frequent - bordering on chronic - neck pain. I didn't do anything really, hadn't strained it at work or exercising (lol), I just happened to wake up one day with an incredibly sore neck -- and from that day on it would creep in time to time. I always used to sleep on a pile of pillows, couldn't ever get enough of them. Anyway, I moved from that to my singular big foamy pillow. Seemed nice at first, but then it seemed I had to sleep on my back or risk aggravation (and I don't like sleeping on my back).
