The Kozlowski book is interesting, and might provide inspiration - http://www.amazon.com/The-Art-Chicago-Improv-Improvisation/dp/032500384X. But I highly recommend checking out less improv books and more theater planning and management books in terms of reading. I'm currently in the middle of http://www.amazon.com/Breaking-Fifth-Wall-Rethinking-Marketing-ebook/dp/B004W8DE3G/ which is all about building audience through email and web.
