I'm doing the same thing now. To run these brakes you should use a master from a v6 up to 1998. Unless you are using sn95 disk brakes the proportioning valve might not be needed, as the point of them is to adjust rear pressure compared to front. The booster is a toss up if you want it or not. I'm not, but might in the future.
EDIT: if you're planning to use 99-04 front brake lines you may need an adaptor for the passenger side. I'll link it up when I find the one I ordered.
