Kind of, yeah. It’s sometimes called mediumship but essentially it’s connecting with another spiritual entity and letting them speak through you.
Some of the works are incomprehensible or barely comprehensible jibberish but some (for me, The Seth Material) will give you some incredible insight into how we work.
I highly recommend starting with The Seth Material as it weaves the authors own skepticism with the messages being delivered and it’s a riveting journey.
