I always highly recommend these pair to anyone who asks for a heavy bag workout. They have weights which you can remove if it gets too heavy for you. Ive had mine for over 2 years now and the gel padding on them are amazing. I cannot rave more about the quality of them. I am also big on wrist support and along side wraps these wrap around the wrist nicely. I cant say they work well for speedbag as i prefer just to wrap my hands but adding the weights on for the heavy bag will give you a serious endurance workout.
