I have 2 of those, had them over a year now. Not once has there been a need to flush more than once, and I've never needed to use a plunger on them. I tend to use a lot of TP and this toilet handles it no problem. This thing has flushed stuff my previous Kohler would have clogged up on, and my Kohler was one of their best performing models.
Side note, I paid about $250 a piece for my Toto's, the price for the one I linked has went way up. I think there is a newer model out that is more affordable.
