1. Tea! Multiple types (blacks, greens, tisanes, etc). I bought an electric kettle to keep next to my desk for all-day oral fixation.
   
2. Trader Joe's Extra Dark Chocolate Wedges: can usually stave a sweets feast with one 40kcals piece
   
3. Salt and hot sauce: this is the weirdest one, but a little taste of hot sauce or salt can satiate me when I'm snacky but definitely not hungry
   
4. Homemade smoked beef jerky: this doesn't last long...

My favorite is a wedge of this stuff...(don't buy at Amazon, but if you have a Trader Joe's near you it's worth picking up) It goes great with black coffee.
