Ya and the actual tire holder is plastic which could be broken pretty easily and they could deal with the locking cable later. I'm now thinking maybe something like this? It will keep them from being able to get at the nut at all but less obtrusive than the bolt you linked. Main positive I see with the bolt is that it can be matched to your vehicle key. The bolt sticks out so much that I think it would be in the way when I use my trasharoo.
