Try to find a liquid version where the ingredients are only sucralose and water. Sucralose has no calories, but the packets of sucralose are mixed with dextrose and maltodextrin (since it only takes the tiniest amount of sucralose to sweeten as much as sugar, it needs something to bulk it up basically) which unfortunately do have calories.
This goes for most other powdered sweeteners too.
Walmart used to have liquid sucralose but I think it was discontinued.

I use liquid sucralose.
One of those bottles has lasted me well over a month! 2-3 drops is plenty sweet.
My favorite sweetener for whipped cream is pure sucralose. Just 3 drops per cup of heavy whipping cream and it doesn't have funny taste (to me at least).
