It looks really good actually, it has black pepper in it to help with absorption. It also tells you exactly how much of the 500mg is made up of curcuminoids which is awesome, but I'm guessing a lot of supplements don't say tell you right? So it'd be really difficult to know.
FWIW I take Sports Research for all my other supplements like VitD & Omega 3's and I really like the company. Overall a fantastic brand with great quality stuff. Just never knew they had a curcumin capsule

Yes :) the formal dose is two, but I just take one once a day with my other supplements. Helped within 24-48 hours.

Did you use turmeric or curcumin?
Make sure you get something that is only only turmeric extract (curcumin) at 95% curcuminoids. They get tricky with labels and add turmeric to lower the cost, but also the effectiveness.

Although, I went to order some the other day and they were out. I look today, the price went up $8 and it says "new double strength formula now with 50% more servings" and is still out of stock. So obviously they are reformulating it. I think the label there is still the old label.
Anyways, I ended up going on Amazon to find a comparable product. Lots of shady ass labels with proprietary blends. I ended up ordering this, still in the mail:

Haven't tried curcumin with kratom, but I assume it won't do anything to change the effects, other than possibly helping with pain/inflammation in the long run. I think potentiation would be non-existent or so small as to be non-noticeable. Good supplement though.
