They can actually give you a little plastic thing that you put on the toilet in between the seat and the rim that’s like a bowl and they pee in it. I’m surprised they didn’t provide you one.

but just in case they don’t have it, here is an amazon link for it

My bad just saw the age. In that case they are able to collect it at the pediatrician. There is a tiny thing they attach to her that looks just like a catheter it’s a tube with a wide opening where they stick it around her vagina. That way when she pees it goes into the tube and directly into a sample cup.

I don’t know why left you to deal with this on your own.
