Check the devices you’re going to plug in. They should have an ‘Input’ rating with a voltage range. A typical input range is 120V-240V. If it supports 230V you only need a power ‘adapter’ that simply converts the prongs. If you have devices that don’t go up to 230V you need a power ‘converter’.
