Programmable USB LED fan. Not ideal because it's Christmas, but might get your brain juices going.
During the last big week long heat wave where I live this summer past, a PMI sales rep brought our office a bunch of fans. "Be a fan of xyz PMI." Certainly stood out. Cheezy as hell, "be a fan" on a fan... ha! 10/10 for execution due to the timing of it with the heat wave. Filing that one away myself for the next heat wave.
I can't really think of the cold/winter equivalent of that. Maybe muff handwarmers?

The likes of which have been around for years, if not decades.
I'm looking for something like this, but actually programmable, as in writing my own code to send instructions to the fan, or load custom software to the fan, not just 'programming' in lines of text to cycle through. I have a very hard time googling it, since all of them are called 'programmable'.
