Its true many people are Vitamin D deficiency but it won't cure your hair loss really. People don't have time to go outside since our culture isn't built for that anymore really. We are always inside most of time if you think about it. Unless you play a sport or practice everyday outside. Most people work a 8-5. Your doctor is taking it a step at a time with you. I would just hope on Vitamin D3 pills - https://www.amazon.com/Natures-Bounty-Supplement-Supports-Softgels/dp/B00DN4VCA2/ref=sr_1_12?keywords=vitamin+d3&qid=1573883493&sr=8-12

Take 2 a day and it will help. But for your hair loss, its going to be something else. I can confirm i been taking D3 for many years and i was still loosing hair until i went on Fin, peppermint oil and demer roll. D3 has a lot of super benefits. Over all i would listen to your doctor to eliminate this vitamin D deficiency so she can give you the next step.

Yeah... I remember getting a prescription for triptans and it helped but it felt like it just masked the pain and didn't actually get rid of it.

Sorry for the long reply, hopefully this helps. I feel like an old man taking pills every day, but it's better than having these headaches :D
