Maybe it's time to add some things to her diet? Sounds like she's just using you as a pacifier or for comfort. Even if she is feeding at night it's probably good at this point to switch it up for her. I'd wean her off night feedings and force her to feed more during the day. She's at the point where she could eat baby foods at 16 months. If you think it's Autism and she's habitually chewing she might need chew toys.
