That makes me so sad, I love my gummies! The regular Zahler brand ones look pretty small and easy to swallow but they also make a mini that might work even better for you!

I am currently taking this prenatal it's 2 gel caps a day and I'm a wuss when it comes to taking pills but I have managed to get used to them. Previously I was taking the rainbow lite minis + rainbow lite DHA but it was 5 tabs a day. I would cross reference the amounts of each vitamin/mineral in either of these and, keeping in mind any individual needs or recommendations from your physician, see if either could help you reduce the amount of pills you take per day. Hope this helps!

OMG that is so close! Yes, I am SO thankful that he has no pressure to make a decision to start at a certain time. We've talked about "when we have kids..." topics a lot, and as long as he's engaged in the conversation I could it a win!

I'll go with either the Garden of Life ones or Zahler's Prenatal. They're both ranked highly according to this Labdoor website that ranks vitamins, so it can't hurt I figure!

Hey OP, I feel you!

May I suggest Zahler Prenatal? Promo Code for 25% off: PREPOD25 (Pregnancypodcast.com - highly recommend this podcast!) They also include DHA (I forget the benefits of DHA.)

Here's why I suggest it to you I get sick from vitamins pretty easily and sometimes swallowing pills can be difficult for me. I LOVE this prenatal. If I take after eating, I NEVER get sick. I take it twice a day if I'm on my best behavior.

Also, they make an AWESOME Iron supplement that doesn't make me sick, either. Pretty amazing, especially for an Iron supplement.

They are coated smoothly and it helps for a super easy swallow.

They are a little on the pricey side, but I can usuallyyyyy find a Promo code.

I am still taking them while I breastfeed and could see just making them my daily vitamin after BF is over.
