Wait, how is it different? It is ZT2 plus the expansions.

Edit: I looked it up, there are two very similar things and it makes this confusing.

Zoo Tycoon: Ultimate Animal Collection is available on Steam and is the bad Xbox game. Don't buy it.

Zoo Tycoon 2 Ultimate Collection on Amazon is the ZT2 we all know and love. I bought is as a digital download about a year ago and it was everything I wanted. You can find it on Amazon here

If you're in the US, you can buy a digital download on Amazon. For some reason, it doesn't appear when you search through Amazon, you gotta get to it through Google.

You can buy the game and all its expansions as a download off of Amazon for like $20

There's also a crapton of mods out there if you get bored with the vanilla animals.

There is a mac version of ZT2 available to download on Amazon. Unfortunately, it has no expansion packs.

If you want to play with expansions, you'll need to put in a little more time and effort and get a Windows VM or do Bootcamp (go to Apple website for info on Bootcamp). Here's the link to the downloadable game on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Zoo-Tycoon-Ultimate-Collection-Download/dp/B075QNZ1HM
