Go on amazon or any hardware website and buy yourself some folding steel bollards. Install them when the offending vehicle is not there and lock them in place whilst you're at work to prevent them stealing your parking spaces.

I installed some to stop people using my drive whilst doing the school run. I live near a school and people seem to think that means they have a right to park on other peoples driveways if they're dropping off or picking up their kids.

I'd suggest asking your landlord to install these (or similar). They're used for spaces at our complex successfully

On the door handle for my car (Audi). I detach and wrap my keyless entry remote in aluminum foil and put it in my trunk. The detached key part fits in this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B012KFTJ68/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Perhaps a simple steering wheel lock using a combination instead of a key? Harder to find than I would have thought but:

It's a key for a brake disc lock. At least mine looked like that.

I had this happen to me once (I was the customer). The staff were both amazed and relieved when I crouched in front of one of these mounted on the frame. I had just put it on like 2 weeks earlier after getting tired of locking my keys in my car (it's old, so no key fob).

Purchase and install one of these.

You may want to get your landlords permission if you aren’t a “beg for forgiveness rather than ask permission” person. Agree to provide the landlord with a copy of the key if you do.

I hate that... Sorry man.

Here's the lock I use ever since my scooter was stolen. So far no issues (along with a cover).

I use 2 of these beefy locks plus a cable - https://www.amazon.com/Club-UTL810-Utility-Lock-Yellow/dp/B00CCIM1YQ/ref=sr_1_1?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1481826964&sr=1-1&keywords=bike+lock+yellow

These locks are so good, I also use them on my e-motorcycles. They weigh a ton (4lbs each) but if you want your shit secure, you have to make it secure and make it look secure. Best lock you can buy for the money in my opinion. In the 2+ years I have been using them (alot) not one bike stolen. Once an attempted theft, but they only got through not even a 1/4 of one lock.

So much this - just get any of the key safes off amazon - this is the one I have.
