you should be able in all reality to snag that roll over vent valve from almost any late 80s early 90s ford fuel tank.. in my opinion.
if you have a decent selection of drill bits.. you might be able to repair that if you cannot find one. by drilling inside and slipping in some tubing either copper or steel.
i am not saying to do that.. but its possible as a last resort.. and it is your truck..
