Tasty. Not sure if you have ever heard of them but these bastards are delicious. I could eat them like candy and they add an interesting note to jalepeno dishes.

Nah, we're talking about a jar like this. That's 16oz, which is 2 cups.

I personally go with a jar because I'm lazy, and chopping fresh jalapenos is just additional prep time for (imo) minimal flavor difference. You can buy milder ones, or use less, or whatever. Part of the fun I have with this is making small tweaks like that, so go nuts.

Reminder: this is at least 4 servings, so it's not like you're slamming 2 cups of peppers alone.
