I have these exact ones and I made a wire mesh holder to suspend the material and you don’t need artificial humidity packs. You can probably use a cone coffee filter and put your material in that. Just use distilled water.

I saw someone post some raw aluminum tubes for doobies. I’m really not sure if they would work for nonavongs or xl sizes but as far as I know they’re only a couple dollars. Might be worth looking into

It may seem a little odd, but you could also consider a cigar case, if it fits your pens. I also second the suggestion of using a hard shell glasses case, although there’s no separation for the pens and good ones might become scratched. (I do this but only for inexpensive pens.)

People are selling 'lots' of empty boxes out there, so there appears to be a market. You can guesstimate sales volume with the sales rank and some free tools out there.

To answer your questions - you don't need a business, but it's a good idea (I used an LLC when I sold via FBA).

You don't need a minimum amount to send products in to the Amazon warehouse network. But you do need a listing. You can either list on an existing one (like the one above if you have the box types to match the listing) or you can make your own (not as hard as it sounds).

Now - the answer that matters: selling on Amazon via FBA is expensive. An item at $7 would likely net you around $1-$2. You also need to create the seller account and make sure you're approved to sell in the category the box listings are in (this is referred to as 'ungating' your seller account.

You pay a fee to list, pay the shipping inbound to the distribution centers (larger is more expensive than heavier - google dimensional weight to learn about this), then a fee to stock and when it sells.

For what you have, I would work craigslist, ebay, Facebook marketplace etc to sell them.
If you still want to sell FBA - more power to you, but it'll be for the learnings, not the money.

That is never going to taste the same. If you MUST put out a cigar, blow sharply through the cigar to clear it of any residual smoke and let it asphyxiate in an air-tight container. Snuffing it without blowing through the cigar allows the stale smoke to settle into the leaf, leaving it bitter and acrid. The more you know.

Also to go with this - if you find yourself doing this often, buy one of these - it adjust to different vitolas, and seals pretty well. I bought my groomsmen these as just single cigar carriers, but have used it once or twice to 'save' a cigar. Give the ash a tap to get any loose off, lay it in here, shut it, and let it go out. Make sure you leave this on it's side while that's happening.

Just blow out excess smoke and snip off the ash end.

It isn't perfect but still beats dumping a half smoked $10 stick.
I recommend against keeping it longer than 6 hours.
