For reference I'm 5'4" and 145lbs but I weighed max 160 at the time of purchasing some of these items. I wear a size 29 jeans but sometimes I need a 30 or 28 depending on the cut/style. I am a 36c so sometimes finding shirts that fit is a mission. Hope this helps

I wear these sightly high waisted with a spaghetti string shirt tucked in. They are comfy and the material is breathable. My hips feel happy and it hugs my curves nicely. I prefer my pants loose and I'm sure a 10 would fit but not as comfy as I'd like.

I'm for sure going to get like 5 more in different colors. I got the dark green and it's so pretty. The sleeves hide arms (A part I'm self conscious of). I don't really have hips and the tie waist and pockets (yes, ladies. Pockets!!!) add a little oomph, giving me a banging hourglass figure. I have a tricky figure to fit, big boobs with a smaller waist and no hips, and this was so comfortable and forgiving. The cotton makes it as comfy as PJs while you look fancy. Get one, girls!

Depending on how formal you need, check out Amazon's Lark and Ro brand. They have some pretty nice things that aren't overly expensive. I like this dress but they have a bunch of different styles too.

In general I think jewel tones (burgandies, navy, darker teal, darker purple, etc) tend to be fall appropriate. Aim for something long sleeved or three quarter sleeve. If sleeveless, include a coordinating cardigan or shawl.

I would personally go with a black suit and light blue shirt or a navy suit with a white shirt. You could also do a dress if that's comfortable for you. Wear nice dress flats since you'll have a long walk. I'm not sure why you have to carry a heavy bag to your interview but since it may end up drawing some attention, I'd also make sure it's a professional looking bag.

I'll add a black sash, either satin or lace (I have an awesome black lace bolero from ages ago that I'll use, since I am 100% sure I will be cold at dinner.)
