I really like the site!
The pictures of the dogs on the site are stock photographs aren't they? The only reason I ask is that the dogs mentioned on the 'about' page aren't on the site anywhere!
If you sister feeds the biscuits to her dogs that says a lot about the quality of them, that should be shown!
There are no images of the packs of biscuits so I can't see how many you get. I know it says 120g but the pack is quite important. The shop images look great but only look like a handful.
I know they are treats (a few per day) but it feels like there should be a bigger pack option, for people with bigger dogs or several dogs.
Perhaps your sister could get a compartment tray that is split into 8 squares, the flavour of each biscuit written on each section. Then at the markets they could set out 1 of each biscuit and get passers by to do a doggie taste test and see which flavour their dog would pick first.
Film that a few times and put it on the website. It gets people thinking about which flavour their dog would pick, which is one stage closer to making a purchase.
