Loop a 1lb diving weight through the bridge end of your strap. Your guitar is neck-heavy, so adding weight to the bridge end will correct the problem.

If you want a more permanent solution, talk to a luthier about moving the strap buttons. Attaching the strap in a different place will shift the centre of gravity without adding weight.

You can get diver's belt weights from Amazon or any dive supply shop. They are plastic-encased lead weights that are designed to slip over a belt to weigh you down, so you sink faster. They also fit perfectly on guitar straps. Put one on the heel end of your strap and it balances the weight of the guitar perfectly. The 1lb ones are the right weight and the vinyl coating won't scratch your guitar:

Alternatively, a wireless guitar unit with a strap pouch accomplishes the same thing AND gives you freedom of movement:

I've not done it, since I've never been anywhere near that underweight, but I've heard that people use diving weights.

They're small in size and you could probably hide them in your shoes. They come in a variety of weights (1-12lbs usually). Good luck!

Sherwood makes a travel bcd that weighs 5lbs with quick ditch weight pockets already - The ventura.

There are also these if you're set on the Scubapro:

Interesting idea. Knowing that lead is like 5x heavier than concrete, I could buy some lead instead.

If you were okay with it being permanent, you could fill voids with epoxy.

We used some small excercise weights, but here is a link to a diving weight you can buy in sizes from 1 to 12 lbs.

For something more precise, something like these may be better, albeit more expensive.

The piece we used is closest to this one, which allowed us to run a rev extrusion through it to mount it more securely.

In all honestly, each of the weights above should work more or less the same, but which is the best will depend on how much weight you need to add, and where you can mount it.

I use something akin to this https://www.amazon.ca/Cressi-Strap-Weight-Pocket-IC760099/dp/B00TX1GJUW (I can't remember the brand I have and it is not obviously marked)

I dive drysuit in cold water so I have two threaded on the cam bands and carry anywhere between 2-5lbs each pocket depending on the tank I have. I also have the steel back plate so that adds extra lbs.
