Mint isn't the right garnish as it's not a sweet dish. It's savory. A sprig of cilantro or chopped chives would have been a better choice. I'd serve it with some sauce on the plate squirted in some fancypants manner. A wasabi preparation on side and maybe a sun dried tomato on the other.
I'd probably charge $9.99 in a restaurant for this as an appetizer. More if it had to be made to order. Served with toasted lavash bread
