Toddlers need to climb, it's an important part of their brain development.

I got one of these for the playroom so ours could climb inside. We put foam mat underneath. He loves it.

I know this doesn't meet your requirements exactly, but the Gorilla Gym works well for my (younger) kids. I hang gymnastic rings from them too and there are cool attachments like swings(!).

Also, this thing is just cool: https://www.amazon.com/Playground-Training-Climbing-Gymnastic-Backyard/dp/B00NV34PSG

Again, those don't match what you're looking for but just wanted to mention it.

OK, to actually answer your question: This bar is the only "portable" bar I know of: https://trapezerigging.com/products/elite-xl-freestanding-portable-pullup-bar. However, it suffers because it will wobble even doing pull-ups. I can imagine bigger moves like muscle ups or pull-overs would be scary for fear of it tipping over.

Well, if you want a dome, this might be up your alley.

Joking and mild mockery aside, your best bet is to find a community of people in your area through something like Fetlife that will allow you to meet people in person and make friends with folks who are into similar sorts of things. They'll be able to fill you in on the scene in your area, and give you a bit of a support network.

Reminds me of this that I bought for my kids: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004K0Q8LG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Not apples to apples obviously, and to get the effect you'd need to build your own riser wall.

How tall is she? We had this climber/slide when my son was around a year old. It's really small, so I wouldn't recommend it for taller kids.
