ICAN is pretty well-regarded. EBAY is perhaps a more active marketplace for Chinese carbon, and certainly AliBaba is as well. I got my frames from Dengfu directly. Their site sucks, their frames, OTOH, are excellent. HTH.

I don't wish to be rude to you because you're just stuck in the middle of this, but my counter is that he's flat-out lying.

Kestrel complete bike on Amazon - $1200

Fuji complete bike at Performance - $1250

Basic no-name carbon frame/fork on Amazon - $450

And now I'm going to bow out of this with as much grace as I have left. I get the feeling that he's trying to justify greed by any means possible, and that doesn't require my involvement. Sorry again that you got roped into this.
