I just use a running cap (2 oz)

I use a UV buff for my neck and put sunscreen on my ears and face.

Any with a mesh side and UV rated. This Dorfman Pacific hat or similar is the style I always buy. Having the mesh in the summer makes a huge difference. 180s has a sports version that works well and I sometimes put a buff or headband on top.
