Does anyone know a good fair trade store?
I bought this one and this one for the exact same reasons (and because a lot of scents go weird on me). I find that the longevity and throw are much better with the lockets, however, any of potentially nice ways the scent plays on the skin is lost. Which could be good for a scent you like that goes weird on your skin. I tried BPAL - Covfefe in one of these and the scent lasted for DAYS.
I previously bought some random metal one and find that the stainless ones hold up better. Silver would probably be fine, but I'd be wary of anything plated. It seemed like a combo of my skin and the perfume ate the finish off this plated one I bought because it was cute and I am a sucker. I think it's a toss up whether the felt or the stone are a better vessel for the perfume, though.
In regard to getting several beads, YES. I can't imagine getting the perfume out of the nooks and crannies well enough that you won't have some pollution of the next perfume. I keep the felts/stones in a tiny labeled ziplock bag between wearings so I don't OD on scents in my room. Seems to do the trick.
If you'd rather not overhaul your masculine aesthetic, there are a lot of accessories with rainbows on them (like these wristbands) that are low-key but unambiguously gay.

I've been watching some on Amazon deciding if I want one. They run about $7-10 a piece to buy one in various and sundry iterations (ovarian cancer and sexual assault survivors are also colored teal, so their items often overlap) or $1-1.50 to buy a pack of 40-50. It's good someone is taking advantage of the opportunity to raise TS awareness!

They're called "shamballa" bracelets. Here's one similar to the pic you posted. I don't know who created the original design but they are sold at varying prices all over the place. If you google "red shamballa bracelet" or some other color you'll get many results. My favorite similar bracelet is one by TARINA TARANTINO. It's pricey but there's a necklace, earrings, and other jewelry and styles of bracelets.

Since you said it's not super corporate, and probably a lighter atmostphere I would go with a simple dress and blazer combo. A little color is okay in a more casual environment, but stick with a black blazer and bring the splash of color into your accessories, like a cute necklace or bracelet.
