It's incredibly hard to recommend a tablet, when you don't put a budget that you want to stay within without going over. But I've listed some stuff below that I personally thought was 'cheap' when google searching 'android gaming tablet 2019' and 'budget android gaming tablets'. I kept pricing under $300, hope that helps best of luck to you.

Dragon Touch K10 - $109 on Amazon right now, probably the cheapest tablet I've found again like most other Android tablets. I don't know how well it'll do for gaming. But you can search for reviews on YouTube about the device and come to a conclusion.

Fire HD 10 - $149.99 on Amazon, you can install the Google Play Store on it, if it's any good for running games that I don't know. But there are guides (you can google them) that tell you how to install the Google Play Store.

Lenovo Smart Tab M10 - $179.99 on Lenovo's website, again not sure how well it will do for gaming. But I'm sure if you search YouTube you will find reviews on the device, and can come to your own conclusion.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 - $219 on Amazon, don't know much about this tablet if it's good for gaming or not. But you can search YouTube for it. I'm sure you will find a few reviews on it.

Apple iPad 6th Gen (Latest Model) - Amazon has it on sale for $249, regular price is $329.99. Great device (I own one it runs games buttery smooth), will last you years definitely worth getting I'd even recommend getting the 128GB Storage Model if it's in your price range.

The only one I can recommend in the $250 range is the base model iPad. It plays everything well and runs laps around Android tablets in the same price range: https://www.amazon.com/Apple-iPad-WiFi-Space-Model/dp/B07BTS2KWK

So then you would recommend this one?

More of a budget option but a Fire HD 10 is what I use. It runs for $150 now but is known to go on sale throughout the year for as low as $100-130.

Should be noted this device isn't preloaded with the play store but it can be added and doesn't require root access. It only takes around 10 minutes to get it loaded, if you understand how apks work.

Dragalia works for me with all the toggles set to max. Rarely experience lag.

NOTE: Fire HD 10 runs on Fire OS 5.6.4. This is the equivalent of Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. If your games requires an Android OS that is higher this tablet will return a parse error upon install. You can install a different OS but this requires extensive knowledge on Android.
