Unfortunately there's only 1 USB 3.0 header...

Your motherboard doesn't have it. It only has a USB 3.0 port which is a different port altogether. It's usually occupied by a cable that connects it to the ports in the front of the case. If there's nothing in that port, you can use a USB 3.0 to USB 2.0 port like this:

Pull off a pcie cover, probably the top one. Buy a usb 2.0 to USB A male to male adapter. Plug the USB A end into a free usb on your motherboards IO panel and run the 2.0 end back through the open pcie slot a
Into the case and plug your 2.0 female header into that.

Yeah you can use this, routing it to your rear I/O instead (pay close attention to the orientation of the pins to make sure its connected properly, red wire is 5V) or this which would plug into your USB 3.0 header, but you'd lose your front panel USB since your board only has the one header.

Note that the linked reader's cable corresponds to TWO standard USB plugs--there should be 8 wires--one probably runs just the reader, and the other is a passthru to the front-mounted USB jack.

Something like this might make your job much easier.

Well there you go. That motherboard doesnt have an internal usb 2.0 port so you cant plug it in. Your best option would be using something like this and then routing the cable to the back where your motherboard usb ports are
