I saw that video too, which inspired me to do the mods to mine! I bought these filters (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077CSMDDT/) because I couldn't find a single filter that covered all 3 fans. I have 3 filters overlapping across the fans and this arrangement seems to work fine. They're fairly rigid and are in no danger of being sucked into the fans, either!
I was originally going to add the spacers for the front panel, too, but ended up not wanting to bother with it; I'd have to figure out the specific threading to use for new bolts and then find the appropriate-length spacers. Instead I just removed the front panel and I leave it aside when the machine is on, and I just carefully hang it on the front of the case when it's off. This works just fine, and the PC is in a cubby underneath a desk so it doesn't matter what it looks like.
