My husband bought himself a bottle of this stuff and swears by it. His hair is curly but he keeps it very short. He bought this when I started CG cause he fell in love with my shea conditioner but didn't want to use all of it. Not sure how he found it but he loves it. He rinses in the shower, water only most days, then two pumps of this stuff rubbed into his scalp. It's awesome. His scalp is much healthier and his hair looks very healthy.
Leave in conditioner, wearing a cap, and oil treatments work as well.
Plus it sounds weird but I’ve been using coconut oil on my face for like 10 mins before I wash my face, and have been leaving it in my hair every For around an hour before I shower on weekends and my hair and skin have been feeling way better.
But I recommend buying 2 leave ins, one an oil and one a cream, then if you want, you can use coconut oil before you wash your hair and wash/moisturize your skin

For body lotion, I have no idea tho I don’t use it.
I've been using this, which says it's a heat protectant.
