For those who said it’s impossible, the flagstaff 176LTD. Two beds, dinette area, space to put portapotty (next to the cabinet by the trailer “queen” size). Out side they have hook ups to set up the grill. Instead you can hook up a portable tankless water heater/ shower and have an outside hot water shower. All this with a GVW UNDER 1500lbs. That should give you wiggle room to actually put stuff in it and not blow up your transmission. It also has a small “refrigerator” and is well under $10k even if you bought the water heater and porta-potty. Keep in mind, it’s an 8 foot box, so it’ll be small, but it has all your must haves.
We use one of these for our sprinter. It’s setup to be an outdoor shower but it works.
