As far as I know the Magic Mouse uses teflon feet for easy sliding, and this is just teflon tape. You'd have to cut it out and do all that yourself, though.
Qck+ and $5 roll of Teflon tape off amazon and you're set for life. Smooth as fuck

I use this on my g303 feet, it's fantastically slick and you can replace it as often as you like
