Its a brand well known in certain parts of Africa,Asia and the Middle East my grand mother used to use it in the 60s, it helps soften the hair and brings more shine, my hair care routine is pretty simple with Tresemee Shampoo, Vatika Conditioner and the ordinary hemi squalane for my dry scalp and then when my hair is damp I apply a very small amount of Amla and then braid my hair and Ive never felt my hair softer!!! Even the texture is different!

I’m half Bengali and this oil is staple in all Bangla households. I can keep it in my hair for around a week and experience no breakouts on my skin. Some people hate the smell, but it really makes your hair healthy
