This question seems to come up a lot, and it makes me wonder if people are aware that you can just buy the game from regular stores?
If you are trying to save money, then whenever your local/preferred store has a sale would be the best time to buy it! I find that they're generally always cheaper than buying it direct from Blizzard.
Reaper of Souls is currently £14.99 on the EU Battle.net store but it's currently £8.57 on Amazon.co.uk. Ebay has other options for both RoS and the base game.
Just search around and find the cheapest option you can.

Depending where you're from, D3 RoS is actually on sale on amazon for only £5.50, which is a bargain for what it is.
