"used" by amazon is typically a return where the box is damaged, if it is in fact used I'll be returning it.
That is a different model, the Standard, than I am selling, the Advanced.

Phantom 3 Advanced is a really solid choice for videos/photography.
If you want a racing quad, I'd try a JJRC X1 for ready to fly or a Eachine 250 for a bit of customization.
Other than that, you can try making your quad if you think it's worth the effort.
I would check eBay or even Craigslist for some local deals. Also if you have a microcenter around you last I heard they were going for that price there.
