However, using HDMI or VGA out of your computer as input to the RF modulator is also tricky, and basically requires another device that converts to something like a "composite" signal. The most common cheap RF modulators won't do UHF; they do VHF on channel 3 or channel 4. Here is an RF modulator that can also do UHF:
